Through individual and group coaching, educational seminars, workshops, & in-house processes, we
help individuals find joy in their life, heal the wounds of social injustice, and create a new society
rooted in equity and unity.
Our Founder
Anthony “Tony” Goggans (he/him) is the president and owner of Rubicon Instittue for Inclusion. We have a cadre of independent individuals we partner with on various projects.
His experience is as follows:

40+ years of consulting experience with fortune 100 - 500 companies & technical, scientific, professional, & nonprofits

History of working in solidarity with those leaving the military, disabled people, Bi-racial individuals, those retired or retiring, unemployed, neurodivergent, and LGBTIQ.

30+ years of coalition & capacity building with religious groups (Islamic, Buddhist, Christian, Bahai congregations)
