Our work spans a range of sectors and issues but is consistently rooted in our values of integrity, equity, trust, & justice. We offer Life and Career Coaching, Re-Creating Democracy Programming, Personal development Racial & Social Justice Workshops. We specialize in working with multi-racial and multi-ethnic folks as well as individuals leaving the military. If you are interested in personal growth and transformation, we hope you will take advantage of our services below.
RE-CREATING DEMOCRACY
This citizen engagement project is designed to take back our democracy. (the way we do elections) It is evident that the current system is not working, nor can modifications to this system return power back to the people. What we need is transformation.
New Way for Elections - Recreating Democracy is voter engagement program designed to put democracy back in the hands of the American people. It includes a comprehensive platform consisting of campaign finance reform, term limits, guidelines for a democratic political system.
The current system is failing, through outdated structures that favor the wealthy and well connected.
Efforts to reform the existing system have proven insufficient, minor modifications
cannot address deep rooted injustices and inequalities embedded within.
True transformation requires a new
paradigm of democracy. We need a new system.
NEW WAY TO DO ELECTIONS
"Recreating Democracy"
This new system will consist of the following points.
-Creation of a "no party system" where candidates are elected by caucus meetings in local & state elections. Congress & the president would run for office without funding. (there would be a central pool of dedicated monies given to each candidate by a national election commission.
-Each commission will research and recommend to the populist at the local, state & national level new laws and procedures that clarify roles & functions for each branch of government.
- Local & state level would have their own elections commission to regulate elections. order would be used
- Lobbyists nor other money sources could be used
- Local & state officials would be limited to fifteen years of service
- Supreme court appointees would be term limited to twenty years
- Congressional members would be term limited to twenty years.
- Any citizen can get an item on local or state ballot by receiving x number of signatures ( to be determined by local/state election commissions.
- Election commissions will determine all election rules, ballot measures and be independent of politicians & interested parties.
- All media ads must be approved for accuracy by the appropriate election commission.
- Election commissions are responsible for all redistricting.
- All election committees' makeup shall be from citizens from all occupations and socio-economic groups, with all politicians unable to serve. each commission shall have paid staff to advise and support them regarding all election redistricting & other matters that is presented to them.
- Do away with the electoral college (in favor of one person one vote.)

COST
Cost of workshops is based on length, size and if canned or customized. We attempt
to keep workshops at a reasonable cost,
while ensuring our facilitators are
adequately compensated. Scholarships may be offered particularly for full, and
pre-developed workshops
Retreat costs are also moderately priced, with facility location, amenities , food and accommodations increasing the costs.
LIFE & CAREER COACHING
I’m a fierce role model—my life is dedicated to my own self-improvement. I live what I coach. I have spent the last years working on myself -dealing with issues of abandonment, finding my biological father. I have challenged my own beliefs about life relationship and career aspirations.

My work with biracial, multi racial, mixed Cultural identity centers around the unique and nuanced experiences of mixed people. I created this coaching practice to give parents the support, language, and confidence they deserve — to help children grow up feeling whole, grounded, and deeply connected to their identity.
