Embodied Racial Justice: Learning Race from the Inside Out

This 18-hour, virtual workshops helps white-identifying and/or white-bodied people understand the basic principles of embodiment over the course of 6 weeks. Individuals will have the opportunity to explore different somatic practices and learn how to utilize meditation, breathwork, and other tools to continue your journey of transformation and liberation.
