This citizen engagement project was designed by Rubicon IFI to help people take back our democracy. It is evident that the current system is not working, nor can modifications to this system return power back to the people. What we need is transformation. The Love in Action Program consists of 3 programs; New Way for Elections, Citizen Engagement, and Liberation Theology.
Cancellation Policy
1. Our coaching, workshops and programs entail a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of your life, including work, finances, health, relationships, etc. Discomfort may arise. Deciding how to handle these issues and implement insights from your activities, is exclusively your responsibility. 2. You will not hold Rubicon LLC legally or financially liable for the results of any actions taken by yourself while receiving coaching. 3. Rubicon LLC is not qualified to provide financial, health, and/or legal advice and coaching is not a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business or other qualified professionals. You will refer any medical, legal, tax or business related questions to a licensed or otherwise qualified professional at your discretion. 4. This agreement and the conditions therein shall be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado. Any and all proceedings under this agreement, will also take place in the state of Colorado. 5. It is your responsibility to call the coach, or join the virtual meeting at the place and time indicated in the calendar invite. 6. Coaching sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. Please use the reschedule feature in the calendar invite to move your appointment, if possible. Workshop cancellations must occur atleast 5 days prior to the workshop start. If you are participating in a workshop and cannot attend, a recording will be provided to you. 7. Information shared during their session will be confidential, unless you are a danger to yourself or others, if you are breaking the law or as required by a court order, subpoena or other lawful means. 8. Certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared by the coach for training, consultation or marketing purposes. However, identifying information (name, gender, location, business name) will never be shared. 9. You will allow disclosure of your name, email address and duration of coaching session hours with the ICF administration and assessors for credentialing purposes. 10. All services must be paid for in advance of the session. Refunds are only provided in the case of cancellation.
